Details and screenshots about the combat system in ‘Star Ocean 5’

Square Enix has released a series of new captures and details about the highly anticipated Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness, which will be released in Japan next March 31st on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, and throughout 2016 in the West.

First of all we know that the Pangalactic Federation owns the ship Charles D. Goal F. It is a huge exploration ship with a high maximum boarding capacity, equipped with powerful weapons, shields and engines. Part of the interior of the ship looks like a tower.

About the battle system, we can move in any direction to avoid receiving damage and improve our counterattack position. Players will control Fidel before battles, but then will change the character that we are controlling (indicated in blue) when the combat begins.

The kingdoms of Resulia and Trei’kur they are at war and conflicts will take place in different locations. Fidel and his group will be involved in these conflicts and will have to face group battles. They differ from normal battles by having a greater number of enemies and allies.

There has also been talk of “Private Shares”, a system that allows us run conversation events with each character in the game, such as Miki and Fidel talking about their missions and desires.
