Get to know some beautiful environments from ‘Dragon Quest Heroes II’

The popular Japanese developer Square Enix has launched a series of new images and details about Dragon Quest Heroes II: The Twin Kings and the Prophecy’s End, the next installment in the Dragon Quest series that will be released in Japan for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita this coming May 27, 2016.

On this occasion we have news about several of the fields that we can explore in this installment, in which the company assures that we will see a lot of diversity of monsters depending on the environments in which we find ourselves.

“Rosa Woodland” is known to be a dark forest around Kretia. In the background the sunlight does not reach and mushrooms grow like grass. Additionally, things rarely grow too tall, although monsters take advantage of darkness and some obstacles to camouflage themselves.

“Rao Wasteland” is a rather dangerous land in which no human beings fit, and is connected to the three northern countries of Monstrea. Its grounds are covered with lava and poisonous swamp, while we can notice everywhere a variety of stones precious
