343 Industries has live streamed a first look at the flying version of Halo Infinite’s cooperative campaign multiplayer feature.

In this feature, everyone plays their own Master Chief’s story, and when they start playing alone again, they continue that personal story.

Players can split up and venture out alone to accomplish different goals. You can go far away from other members of your squad. Still, there is a limit if you go too far you will get a warning message asking you to go back to the fire team. If you don’t, you will be considered AWOL and will be executed.

Enemy behavior will scale with the number of players, making it progressively more difficult. Ammo boxes are also changing. Anyone can use them and the more players there are, the more ammo they contain.

When someone grabs a collectible, all members get it, no matter what they do.

You can replay missions and you will not lose your progress, being able to return to your previous progress later. When you replay a mission, you can change the options and difficulty, and it’s a good opportunity to help your friends unlock collectibles.

Each player can skip cutscenes at any time.

You can check it out below along with a trailer for the Alpha Pack, the next free story event that launches on July 19.

Halo Infinite is currently available for PC, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. You can read our review.

The game has already reached 20 million players according to an official announcement made a few months ago.
