Infinix Note 12 VIP Unboxing

The Infinix Note 12 VIP is the latest to arrive here at the office and is one of the best equipped. We are not talking about specifications, although it is not insignificant either, no, we are talking about the retail experience.

The Infinix Note 12 VIP comes with many accessories. You get a gift card to the Infinix store, a bunch of stickers, a SIM tool, a free case, a screen protector (as well as one pre-applied on the phone), headphones, a USB cable, and a 120W charger.

The charger itself is the smallest 120W brick we’ve seen. It is conçu pour 5.0 V à 3.0 A or 4.0-20 V à 6.0 A. Seulement 10 minutes sur ce chargeur peuvent reconstituer suffisamment de jus pour 6 heures de jeu or ou 5 heures de streaming YouTube, affirme the society. And the Note 12 VIP only needs 17 minutes to reach a full charge.

Infinix assures us that there are 103 protection functions to prevent the 4,500 mAh battery from rapidly degrading. There are also 18 temperature sensors inside the phone. The manufacturer claims that the battery would retain 85% of its capacity after 800 charge cycles.

As for the phone itself, we have the gray Cayenne model. It’s a mix between slate gray and sky blue and it’s one we haven’t seen on any phone so far.

The Infinix Note 12 VIP has a sleek design and minimal in-hand feel. The edges of the screen have a slight 2.5D curve, but other than that the Inifinix Note 12 VIP is completely flat. Flat sides, flat back panel and square chamber island.

This island of cameras includes three cameras in total, and two stand out: the main camera has a 108MP 1/1.67″ sensor and an f/1.8 lens. It offers 12MP shots after going from 9 to 1 pixel. Another notable camera is the 13MP f/2.2 ultra wide. The third is simply a 2MP depth sensing unit.

On the opposite side is a 16MP selfie camera.

We will end with a word on the screen. It’s lovely and by far the best we’ve seen on an Infinix phone. As for specifications, it is a 6.7-inch 1080x2400px 10-bit panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a maximum touch sampling rate of 360Hz. The screen is very punchy and contrasty and gets very bright. It’s a beautiful thing to look at, and Infinix’s preloaded wallpapers do it justice.

Stay tuned for a deeper look at the Infinix Note 12 VIP coming later.
