Leaker says to expect new Mac mini, 5G iPhone SE, iPad Air at rumored spring event
Apple is rumored to have upgraded products in the works with a new iPhone SE with 5G connectivity for top billing. But rumors of a new iPad Air continue, and now a new Mac mini is also included.
According to Twitter leaker @dylandkt, Apple will announce the iPhone SE 5G alongside an iPad Air with tweaked specs, while the rumored Mac mini will apparently get a new design to match its new chip.
In a Tweet over the weekend, the leaker noted that all three products have been announced, while it’s also possible to announce a new iMac Pro, though it’s not guaranteed due to “production concerns.”
For the Apple Spring event, we’re getting the Mac Mini with M1 Pro and M1 Max, a new iPhone SE 5G, and a new iPad Air. iMac Pro is still on track for a spring release. Still, I heard that there were still concerns about the production.

This new iPhone SE is something we’ve been hearing a lot about lately and it’s on its way to becoming the best iPhone for many people. This iPad Air update is likely to give us a new processor and possibly improved camera systems, while the Mac mini is also expected to get an update both internally and externally.
This iMac Pro is perhaps the most exciting of the new products as we expect it to offer a considerably larger screen than the current 24-inch iMac. Expect 27 inches or more, with a 32-inch panel not beyond the realm of possibility. Apple’s concerns about its production are unclear, but the use of a large ProMotion screen could be part of the problem.
