Today, third-party developers had new reveals to share as well as an additional new release for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

We start with a small update of the Boeing 757-200/300 in the works at Bluebird Simulations, showing the rear of the plane with a single screenshot.

Textures are still placeholders, with the developer mentioning that there’s “a lot of work to really bring the exterior to life.” including decals with rivets and panel lines.

The plane is still scheduled for launch in the second or third quarter of 2023.

MilViz has also posted some in-progress screenshots of the upcoming Stage 2 for the Pilatus PC-6 Porter.

This will add more functionality and complexity to the current aircraft, and those who have already purchased it will receive Stage 2 for free. The developer is working hard to release it “as soon as possible”.

Orbx has announced a new entry for its Mesh series that focuses on South America, and that’s the entire continent.

“This is our largest coverage area with an install size of just under 25GB. The entire Andes mountain range has a resolution of 10 meters/pixel, while the rest of the continent has a resolution of 20 meters/pixel which has been interpolated for a resolution of 10 meters/pixel to give you a consistent experience.

MM Simulations has launched Parma Giuseppe Verdi Airport (LIMP) in Italy, a small but interesting regional airport in the north of the country with a rather unlucky ICAO code.

You can buy it from Orbx Direct for $12.91 and check out a trailer below.
