Today, third-party developers shared news and a statement about the aircraft and scenery add-ons for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

We start with IndiaFoxtEcho who provided a development update on their upcoming M-346 Master and some screenshots.

Finally, World Update Italy and Malta is here, and we thought the M-346 was perfect to take a look at, and took the opportunity to take a couple of screenshots (work in progress, of course).

We were hoping to release at least one beta before this global update, but it’s not quite ready for testing yet – more work is needed in many areas, though we’re not far from complete and *hope* to release sometime in June.

Specifically:
– On the graphics side, we still need to fine-tune a couple of details and animations, and create various liveries.
– cockpit modeling and functionality is almost complete, but more work is needed in the systems area
– the handling of the flight model (which will be driven by FCS) is quite good, but we need to adjust the overall performance (it throttles too fast at the moment).

We’re working hard on this… but as usual, it’s done when it’s done.

Next, we take another look at the Socata TB-30 Epsilon from AzurPoly.

In just a few weeks, you’ll be able to fly the Epsilon in FS2020. We look forward to letting you enjoy this. It already flies perfectly fine, most systems work as expected and all liveries have been done. Now it’s time to filter every bug or error that we and our beta testers find.

As we said a few months ago, the TB-30 Epsilon had to be a step above the Fouga in terms of overall quality (which was already above our expectations).

We can assure you that the step goes much further than we had planned!

But we will not stop there.

We then get new screenshots and a development update from AUscene, showing the upcoming Hamilton Island (YBHM) in Australia.

We know that some of you are eagerly awaiting this and we are excited to share our latest update with you now. Hamilton Island will be our most extensive product to date, just take a look at the resort assets! and yes, those Reefview elevators are animated. Most of the island will be faithfully recreated and packed with features for you to explore.

Currently, development is focused on the Marina and the Airport, which will be presented below.
Please check back tomorrow as we will announce our next airport, which will come after Hamilton Island. Any idea where it could be? A runway… It’s an Australian airport that really needed to be done.

Last but not least, SamScene3D released its Shenzhen city plugin.

You can find it in the developer’s own store for $11.95, including the following.
