Every time you acquire a Rotom, it’s time to head back to Jubilife Village. Head just to the right of the Galaxy Hall and talk to Ginter from the Ginkgo Guild. The Gingko Guild regularly sells supplies and unique items that you can’t buy anywhere else in the game.
From time to time, Ginter will offer to sell you a mysterious mechanical item. These items vary and will cost either 20,000 or 40,000 Poké Dollars. There are five elements in total:
- Mechanical box (microwave)
- Mechanical cabinet (refrigerator)
- Power circular saw (lawn mower)
- Mechanical reel (fan)
- Mechanical tub (washing machine)
Obviously, you will need a lot of money to save and collect all five items. Once you have purchased an item, it will be added to your household. From there, you can interact with an item to transform your Rotom into a new form. This process is free and repeatable, so it won’t cost you anything. You can also use it on multiple Rotoms, so if you return to the Coronet Highlands and catch more of these rare Pokémon, you can keep modifying them into different forms as you see fit.
