Samsung Galaxy M22 receives Android 12 update with One UI 4.1
As we have said many times, Samsung has gotten very good at releasing timely updates to major new versions of Android for its devices, but all is not rosy, due to the sheer number of phones being released each year, the process. it inevitably takes many, several months.
Take into account the fact that the Galaxy M22 was released in October 2021 (when Android 12 was already official), only now it reaches the top of the list and finally tests Android 12 with One UI 4.1 at the top. So at least you get the latest version of the skin from Samsung. It will also receive the outdated April 2022 security patch, but for such a low-end device, we’ll excuse you.
Speaking of low-end, due to its affordable innards, the Galaxy M22 runs the Core version of One UI, which means some features found on higher-end devices won’t be available here. It has been the same since its launch, we only remind you of this fact.
The Android 12 update comes with build number M225FVXXU4BFD8 in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, which are the only two countries where it is rolling out so far. Hopefully the new software rolls out soon.
