Samsung US Mother’s Day deals include free memory upgrades, Galaxy Buds and watches
Did you know that different parts of the world celebrate Mother’s Day on different dates? In some countries it’s March, others in October, but if you’re in the United States, this year Mother’s Day falls on May 8. Have you already chosen a gift? If not, Samsung US has some suggestions.
The Galaxy S22 series has a free memory upgrade, meaning the 256GB model costs as much as the 128GB, the 512GB costs the same as the 256GB, actually a $100 discount. But this is not the only advantage.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra can be purchased with up to $1,000 in Enhanced Trade-In Credit, so the 256GB drive starts at just $200. Enhanced Trade-In means you can ship two devices (not just one) and that includes phones with one. broken screen.
The Galaxy S22 and S22+ can be purchased with up to $700 in Enhanced Trade-In Credit, which means they can start at $100 and $300, respectively (reminder: that’s with 256GB of storage). Also, if you buy any S22 model, you can get a Galaxy Tab S8 slate with a 20% discount.
If your mom prefers something fancy, the Galaxy Z Flip3 Bespoke Edition is available with a $150 Samsung Instant Credit, a free pair of Galaxy Buds Live, and a $50 Google Play credit. Regular versions of Z Flip3 receive a $100 Samsung credit. Either way, you can complete the purchase with up to $305 in trade-in credit, bringing the price down to $595.
The larger Galaxy Z Fold3 is available with $300 in Samsung Instant Credit and a free Galaxy Watch4, plus $100 in Google Play Store credit (which can be spent on anything in the store, be it apps, books or otherwise). Since the Fold is more expensive, you can request up to $535 in trade-in credit, which means the base model starts at $965.
If they’re out of your budget, the Galaxy S21 FE is eligible for up to $550 trade-in credit, which means it can be priced as low as $150. And it comes with an instant $100 Samsung credit, which you can spend on accessories.
You can also send a certified refurbished Galaxy S21 model (from $275 with exchange), which will allow you to purchase a Galaxy Watch4 from $50 (with a fee of $250, the exact price depends on size).
P.S. We’ve reviewed all of these phones (watches and headphones too), so you might want to do a little research before you hit the “buy” button.
