Today, Atlus released another one of his daily trailers for the upcoming JRPG Soul Hackers 2, showing off another demon included in the game.

This time we have the reveal of Black Frost, another demon that has been around for a long time in the Shin Megami Tensei series, including Shin Megami Tensei V.

The audio might mistake you for Jack Frost, but that’s simply because in Japanese, Black Frost is called “Ja’aku Frost”, “Aku” meaning “evil”.

As usual, the trailer also includes today’s horoscope with a ranking of the signs from the luckiest to the most unlucky. Pisces is at the top, while Sagittarius is at the bottom of the fortune ranking.

Soul Hackers 2 will be released for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC (Steam and Windows Store) on August 26, just one day after the release in Japan on August 25.

You can see the original trailer, lots of screenshots, a second gallery, more images, and a video explaining the game.

Previous daily trailers include another showing a booze vendor, one revealing Nezha, one showing Quetzalcoatl, one featuring Suzaku, one focusing on Wyvern, and one revealing Bicorn.

This is how Atlus officially describes the game:

“Soul Hackers 2 inherits the essence of Devil Summoner: Soul Hacker, while evolving the game concept with sharper art style, addictive RPG, and ATLUS next level storytelling. Set in the Shin Megami Tensei universe, Soul Hackers 2 follows an all-new story about two Aion agents, Ringo and Figure, and their fight to stop the destruction of the world.

Produced and directed by Eiji Ishida and Mitsuru Hirata, other notable personnel include music composed by MONACA, character designs by Shirow Miwa, and production manager Shinjiro Takata.
