The sequel to ‘Watch Dogs’ will arrive before April 2017

We continue talking about Ubisoft, which seems to be taking over the news in the video game world in recent hours. After confirming that there will be no Assassin’s Creed title in 2016, the sequel to another “great” one like Watch Dogs will see the light and sooner than we might think.

Although it had already been rumored, the company has confirmed in its investor meeting that is working on the development of Watch Dogs 2sequel to the title that was released in 2014 and that did not have the expected success after dazzling in an impressive demonstration during E3 2012.

The objective, as seen in the meeting, is for the game to be launched during the next fiscal year, which ends in March 2017, although at the moment details are unknown, we would bet on a presentation in style during the next E3 in June.

Watch Dogs 2 is not the only game planned for the fiscal year, the company It also plans to release For Honor, South Park the Fractured but Whole, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon WildLands and a mysterious triple A game unannounced focused on online.

Ubisoft intends to increase the benefits over the next year from $1.36 billion in 2015-2016 to 1.7 billion in 2016-2017we will see if with those games, and those yet to come, he manages to achieve such a challenge.
