Xiaomi 12 series global launch scheduled for March 15

Xiaomi has just confirmed that its 12 series smartphones will launch worldwide on March 15. The event will start at 8:00 PM China Time / 12:00 PM UTC and will be broadcast live on multiple online platforms including YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and Xiaomi website.

We can expect Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12X and Xiaomi 12 Pro to be present at the event. The much talked about Ultra model is unlikely to be part of the event at this time. Xiaomi may also show off some new smart wearables at the event, but we’ll have to wait for more teasers. Prices for the Xiaomi 12 EU series are rumored to start at €600-700 for the 12X, €899 for the Vanilla 12 and €1099 for the 12 Pro, all in their base 128GB storage configurations.
