Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro, Note 11 Pro+ 5G Launched in India on March 9

Xiaomi’s Redmi launched the Redmi Note 11 and Redmi Note 11S a few weeks ago in India, and today the company announced that it will add two more members to the Note 11 lineup in the country on March 9: Redmi Note 11 Pro and Redmi Note 11 Pro+. 5G.

Redmi has yet to detail the specs for the Indian models of these phones, but a teaser image we received from the company suggests a 120Hz display, 108MP main camera, 67W charging, and 5G connectivity.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G is probably the Note 11 Pro+ announced last October with 5G connectivity and a 6.67-inch FullHD+ 120Hz Super AMOLED display. And if it’s the same phone, you’ll get the Dimensity 920 SoC, a snap. mounted fingerprint reader, 4,500mAh battery, and 120W charging. For photography, you’ll have a 16MP shooter on the front, with the 108MP camera on the rear joined by 8 ultra-wide macro units MP and 2 MP telephoto.

Things are not that simple with the Redmi Note 11 Pro as it has three different models: a 4G version, a 5G model, and a Chinese variant. You can head this way to see the detailed specifications of all three variants.

However, if you take into account the camera island included in the teaser image, Indian customers will get the 5G version, powered by Snapdragon 695 SoC.

The rest of the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G specs include a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED FullHD+ 120Hz display, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 5,000mAh battery, and 67W charging. On the screen sits a 16MP selfie camera, while the camera system on the back will consist of 108MP main, 8MP ultra-wide, and 2MP macro cameras.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G is powered by Helio G96 and comes with an additional 2MP unit for depth sensing while keeping the rest of the specs.

We expect to have more clarity on the Redmi Note 11 Pro and Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G from India in the coming days. That said, our review of the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is ongoing, so stick around to find out if it’s worth buying.
