This will not be free, but you can download it from the WiiConnect24 network to surrender a few points. You can buy points using your credit card or buying WiiPoints at your local games store. You can compare these points with those of the Xbox Live network. You will be able to go online for free, but you will have to pay money for the Opera web browser.
