Sony confirms that ‘Uncharted 4’ maps and modes will be free

Naughty Dog and Sony go all out with Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, the latest installment of Nathan Drake at the hands of the studio that gave him life and that will say goodbye in style with this ending, an outcome that will arrive very soon on our PlayStation 4.

The studio and Sony have announced great news for future owners of the game, and that is that all future maps and game modes for multiplayer will be available without checking out in order not to segment the community, so any player can unlock everything through Relics or game coins.

In this way Naughty Dog will reward those who support the online game and the community and will not separate players who have paid for new maps from those who have not. The company also assured that will keep the online gaming community fresh by publishing maps, new modes, weapons and gameplay items including a cooperative mode, without any type of priority or exclusive access through checkout. A decision that we applaud and that will surely keep Sony’s servers active and Nathan, Sully and company busy.
