NVIDIA is designing a motherboard

In order to ensure that its video chips can operate in the most suitable conditions, NVIDIA also started designing motherboards. THE Designed by NVIDIA marked motherboards provide optimal performance for the nForce chipset and GeForce GPUs. In addition to the hardware, the software part (drivers, BIOS) is also developed by NVIDIA engineers, and the production is carried out by partners such as EVGA, XFX, BFG or Colorful Technology – also under the supervision of NVIDIA.
One of the first custom-designed motherboards, it is based on the NVIDIA nForce 680i LT SLI chipset and supports Intel’s Core 2 Quad, Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Extreme processors, including next-generation 1333 MHz CPUs. Two suitable GeForce video cards can be used in SLI mode using two x16 PCI Express connections. The first motherboards from the production lines of EVGA and XFX, among others, will be in stores at a price of around $200. The expansion of the Designed by NVIDIA series is expected by the end of April.
