Black & White 2 patch already announced

Apparently Black & White 2 has not been well received by the beta testers. Lionhead is already announcing a patch before the release. It was supposed to be released on October 6.

The patch does not have any critical bug fixes but adds something to the game, at least if we can believe Lionhead. This would be in the tactical area. B&W will be released in Europe on October 14, but in America they can play the game a week earlier.

“As you might also already have read in the transcript from the developer chat; we will be releasing a patch on October 6th. This patch is not critical either but we feel it will improve the strategy aspect of the game. Currently this patch should be ready on Thursday (6th October 2005) and if possible, we’ll release it earlier.”
