The compilation Mega Final Fight January 2024 is now available to supporters of Patreon in Mauro Xavier, and you can now check out the game in action. In this update, it is now possible to play until the end of Stage 3, culminating in a boss battle with Ed. AND.
Additionally, the option to select the initial stage has been added. A new Time Attack mode has been introduced, and a new stage, called Andore’s Cagehas been added to the existing Survival mode.
Mauro Xavier spent considerable time fixing the slowdown in this release, spending ten days reviewing the code to resolve the “cumulative slowdown” issue that plagued the previous release. Although there is still some slowness in progressing from Stage 1 to the Stage 3, the experience is more fluid than in the previous version. Obviously, the project, which is being done by hand, brings a lot of improvements compared to the latest builds of the game.
The public release is scheduled for the next week or so, but many of the bonus features present in this compilation of Patreon will not be included. To have more access to the project and play the game more fully in the update stages, it is recommended to subscribe to Mauro’s Patreon.
