Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced that on April 19 We will be undergoing maintenance on the PlayStation Network and, as you probably know, during that time we will not be able to access many of online functions or some other services of the company on its different platforms.
Apparently this is a round of “routine maintenance and improvements” that will take place on April 19 between the hours of 5:30 am and 7:30 am, about two hours in the morning.
The company claims that most applications they will continue to work during this period, although we will not be able to access the Account Manager, PlayStation Video or the popular PlayStation Store. It is advisable to activate your PlayStation 4 with main platform before maintenance so that during this time you can enjoy your games and applications without difficulties.
To activate your consoles as primary you must register in your profile from PlayStation Network and go to Settings > Account Manager > Activate as your primary PS4 > Activate. This only needs to be done once.
