Perhaps the most famous anime in Europe is Dragon Ball, which appeared most recently with the Dragon Ball Super series, but it has been around for several years. The original manga itself debuted forty years ago, so on this occasion the creator Akira Toriyama started a new project. Prepared by Dragon Ball Daimaa brand new anime set to debut next fall.
Watching the first trailer might give veteran fans a sense of deja vu. What we see is as if we were from the 1996 (non-canon) Dragon Ball GT. Here, too, we can see a young Goku again, but on the contrary with GT, everyone else seems to be getting younger, including Vegita. Plus Bulma, Krillin, Satan the Fool and even the Brilliant Turtle…
So far, all we know about the story is that Goku and his friends turned back into children because of an evil wish, and in order to reverse this, they have to travel to a completely new world, where many new adventures and battles will await them. It is interesting that in the new series, Goku will again use the long-unseen Nyiobo, his infinitely long red stick.
