All PS4 games and Netflix content will be compatible with PlayStation VR

We continue with the information about PlayStation VRthe virtual reality helmet that was seen yesterday at GDC 2016 and revealed to us, among other things, its final price and release date.

One of the features that caught the most attention was the Cinematic mode. With it we can enjoy a 225 inch virtual screen (the equivalent of 5 meters wide) at a virtual distance of 2.5 meters. Something like feeling inside a small private cinema.

Sony has confirmed that All games in the PlayStation 4 catalog will be compatible with this modality, which can also be enjoyed in live broadcasts and Share Play functions. It was also confirmed that the video service Netflix will also offer this format to be able to enjoy our favorite series and movies.

It remains to be seen if it can also be used with any Blu Ray movie, but it is undoubtedly a great incentive that will encourage many to spend the 400 euros that the headset will cost and take the leap into virtual reality.
