Gran Turismo Sport beta in spring

Polyphony Digital has officially confirmed, through the Gran Turismo website, that the Gran Turismo Sport beta will be released in spring 2016 so that players who want to can try the title before anyone else (and help fix bugs).

Gran Turismo has been, and is, the great Playstation motorsport franchise, managing to sell more than 75 million copies worldwide to date.

The main novelty, apart from the improved graphics, change of physics and the large catalog of cars that will be available for our choice, is that we will be able to play two online championships, “Nations Cup” and “Manufacturers Cup”.

In “Nations Cup” we will be able to represent our country while in “Manufacturers Cup” we will be able to do the same with our manufacturers, but not only as players, but also as spectators. We’ll have to see what this second part consists of…

And to give it some more hype, the winners of both tournaments will receive an award at the annual FIA awards gala.

Can you imagine sitting next to Alonso?
