The developer Techland launched during January of last year the successful Dyign Light exclusively for current generation platforms, including PlayStation 4. Earlier this year also we receive the additional content The Following along with the Enhanced Edition of the game, which promised to provide double the content than the original title.
In all this time we have received new missions, weapons, pieces to combine, costumes, characters and even new vehicles. However, the developer still not satisfied and has officially announced that it intends to continue releasing content and updates until at least the end of 2016 and even beyond.
The announcement was made through a press releasein which the company’s CEO, Pawel Marchewka, shared how grateful the studio feels for “all the support, feedback and faith” that Dying Light fans they have given them over the years, adding that Techland has “listened carefully to everything you’ve had to say.”
Marchewka highlighted that the company has noticed still high demand for “the unique experience of Dying Light”, which is why it has also announced that the studio plans to “continue supporting Dying Light for at least until the end of this year“, which does not close the possibility of continuing to see updates in 2017.
It has also revealed a new game trailer called “Accolades”, which you can enjoy below:
