Like many other manufacturers, Philips previously launched a product line primarily aimed at gamers, in their case it was named Evnia. Within this, the product range of monitors is already quite wide, which has recently been expanded with two new models.
One of the new things is Evnia 25M2N3200W, the name of which already reveals that it is a 24.5-inch, i.e., medium-sized monitor. It is equipped with a VA panel with a resolution of 1920*1080 pixels, which can refresh at 240Hz. It also has a GtG response time of 1ms and a contrast ratio of 3000:1. The maximum brightness is 300cd/m2.
The other rookie is Evnia 25M2N5200P, which also measures 24.5 inches, but is equipped with an IPS panel. Its resolution is 1920*1080 pixels, which can be updated at 280Hz. The response time here is also 1ms GtG, but the contrast ratio is 1000:1, while the maximum brightness is 400cd/m2.
Both monitors have a number of features designed to enhance and protect users’ well-being. Philips LowBlue mode and Flicker-Free technology reduce eye strain and fatigue, while viewing is permanently comfortable thanks to the tiltability, rotation and adjustable height of the Compact Ergo foot. The monitors are equipped with two HDMI 2.0 and one DisplayPort 1.4 input.
Both the Philips Evnia 25M2N3200W and the Philip Evnia 25M2N5200P are now available in domestic stores. The former can be purchased for around HUF 85,000, and the latter for around HUF 100,000.
