The developer Bandai Namco has published a series of new details and images about City Shrouded in Shadow, the title that will arrive in Japan and perhaps the rest of the world also for PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4.
About the game, the company states that it is a city plunged into disasterwith an action and survival theme very much in the style of Bandai Namco, made by the same creator of Disaster Report, Kazuma Kujo.
In the story, several giants walk through the city in the shadows battling each other. It is specifically about two fighters, one tries to destroy every building in the city and the other giant, “The Giant of Light”, try to defend her. It is apparently a complete spectacle when seen from the player’s perspective.
While both giants They fight and destroy buildings, the city is invaded by a “mysterious presence, the great shadow”, which covers everything and everyone. Among the different shadows that appear around the streetsa different color related to the “giant of light” emerges, which will be detailed in more depth soon.
Giants walk killing people, so each of their movements “is a great threat” to the population. Human beings are too small when seen from the point of view of giants. This is when the protagonist enters.
The protagonist can be male or female depending on the choice of each player at the beginning of the game; each with a predefined name that cannot be changed. When he is male, he is called Ken Misaki. When female, he is called Miharu Matsuhara. Both have a decisive participation in history and are in as much danger as everyone else.
