Since its release on Switch a few weeks ago, Monster Hunter Rise has officially surpassed 5 million units sold, making it quite a successful hit for Capcom in early 2021. It’s definitely one of the best entries in the series, thanks. to new mechanisms like Wirebugs and Palamutes.
To celebrate this incredible milestone, Capcom is giving away in-game items to players who have purchased the game. If you log in, talk to the Palico Postman NPC in the Steelworks section of Kamura Village, you will collect these items for free. All you need to do is check the content of the plugin and it should automatically receive the items in the mailbox.
Free items include the following:
- Mega Potion x30
- Well done steak x20
- Big Barrel Bomb x10
- Mega Demon Drug x5
- Mega Armor Leather x5
These are all extremely useful items, even if you’ve spent 100 hours in the game already, and if you’re just getting started, well, that should give you a good boost.
Monster Hunter Rise is out now for Switch and is expected to hit PC next year.
