New World Interactiva has made official the development of a new war title that will reach new generation consoles (including PlayStation 4) and PC. The war action title will be part of the Insurgency franchise and will arrive under the name Insurgency: Sandstorm.
The game is being developed from scratch with the graphics engine Unreal Engine 4 and will take us to the Middle East in the midst of the conflicts that have occurred in the area, we are talking about a first-person shooter. The title will have both a single-player campaign and a cooperative and competitive campaign.
At the moment, more details of the game or images are unknown except for the logo that you can see in this news. The development of the game is carried out, as we told you, by New World Interactive, which is working with Focus Home.
Considering our background, it was not easy for us to find an editor that we felt was compatible with us. However, we have decided to work with Focus because they understand our game and share our vision.
Words from Jeremy Blum, in SamaGame about the development of the game.
