The well-known and prestigious portal amazon has offered a ranking of the best-selling games, consoles and accessories during 2015 that we just left behind. Taking into account the immense volume of sales that the American company moves, this is very indicative of which consoles have been successful and which games have sold the most.
We start with the consoles. The great winner has been PlayStation 4, its bundle with Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is the best seller, followed by the pack with Star Wars: Battlefront, both 500 GB models. Completing the podium is the Xbox One bundle with Gears of War Ultimate Edition, also 500 GB. In fourth place we once again have the PlayStation 4, this time without a game, and in fifth place the New Nintendo 3DS XL would appear.
Over the accessories best sellers again Sony leads the list, and the first three positions are for gift cards of 20, 10 and 50 dollars for the PS Store. Curiously, more 1-year subscriptions have been sold to Xbox Live Gold (4th place) than to PS Plus (6th place), leaving the DualShock 4 controller in 5th place.
And we go to the games, in this case more distributed between platforms. The top 10 would be as follows:
- Fallout 4 (PlayStation 4)
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 (Xbox One)
- Fallout 4 (Xbox One)
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 (PlayStation 4)
- Super Mario Maker (Wii U)
- Halo 5: Guardians (Xbox One)
- Minecraft (Xbox 360)
- Just Dance 2016 (Wii)
- The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D (3DS)
- Bloodborne (PlayStation 4)
However, in Amazon Spain The list is somewhat different:
