New screenshots and details about ‘Dragon Quest Heroes II’

The popular Japanese developer Square Enix has launched a series of new images and details about Dragon Quest Heroes II: The Twin Kings and the Prophecy’s End, the next installment in the Dragon Quest series that will be released in Japan for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita this coming May 27, 2016.

The company has taken the opportunity to introduce us to some characters and familiar monsters that couldn’t appear in previous games in the franchise, but are ready to appear in this one.

First we have Torneko from Dragon Quest IV, a vendor who know every weapon in every location. He dreams of being successful in life and having the best weapons store in the world, in addition to leaving his family to go on a long trip.

Meena has also arrived from Dragon Quest IV and is a fortune teller. She has a rather passive and quiet personality compared to her older sister, Maya. She specializes in tarot cards and tell your fortune to people using his crystal ball.

Maribel arrives from Dragon Quest VII prepared to use his boomerang. She is the daughter of a fishmonger born in a fishing village. She is described as a person who was pampered and now has a pretty strong character and direct, because he always “says what he has to say.” Despite this, he has a very good heart.

The next on the list is Gabo, a young boy who returns from Dragon Quest VII to show that he is still having high athletic abilities that surpass those of an ordinary person. He is always traveling with his wolf and has often used his powers to help other people.

Lastly we have Angelo from Dragon Quest VIII, a knight templar who wears a red suit with a gray cape. Even though he convinces himself that his mission is to serve byeis considered a problem for those around him and enjoy games of chance in bars.
