According to Benzies’ lawyer, “after take a gap year Mr. Benzies discovered numerous disappointments on the part of Take-Two, Rockstar, Rockstar North Ltd, Sam Houser and Dan Houser so he was forced to leave the company and terminate his portion of the royalty payments based on arbitrary actions by the company’s Royalty Allocation Committee, a committee you may or may not have ever met.”
