The racing classic Sonic R has been officially confirmed by Sega to appear on PSVR. This game joins the long list of titles scheduled for PSVR.
Sega has decided to bet on PSVR as this title due to its immersion capacity thanks to VR technology.
The game will be released in Autumn, after previously redesigning the settings and characters, giving them the appearance of the characters we saw in Sonic Boom!
As for the soundtrack, it will once again be in charge of the legendary band Chumbawamba, preserving most of the original songs, but recorded in high quality.
Additionally, Sega is considering bringing back the ‘Shadow The Hedgehog’ franchise to make a first-person action game.
A new Sonic could be announced in February
