Even though The Last of Us 2 has been rumored since the same first installment went on sale, it has not yet been officially confirmed by the developer Naughty Dog, who currently also is developing Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End.
The company’s popular creative director, Neil Druckmann, recently commented about these two installments and how they are preparing to move forward. As the creative states, after Uncharted 4 ends the company will resume “all those projects that were stopped when we had to go direct Uncharted 4”, among them the search for ideas for the new The Last of Us title.
