The latest installment of the Dengeki PlayStation medium Has revealed that Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana will be released this coming July 21, 2016 on PlayStation Vita, while PlayStation 4 players will have to wait until next year to test this delivery. Previously, both versions were scheduled to arrive during “summer 2016.”
According to Falcom president Toshihiro Kondo, the development of the PlayStation 4 version will remain standing while the PlayStation Vita version is released, eliminating the possibility that development has been stopped for the portable version.
The magazine has also took advantage of the opportunity to confirm two new characters. The first is a 12-year-old girl named Ricotta and voiced by Nozomi Yamamoto who wears a giant maso. Secondly we have a 24 year old man called Hummel who has been dubbed by KENN, in a dark suit and with a firearm.
