Bethesda is working on three new projects “different from anything seen before”

In a conference during DICE 2016, the executive producer of Bethesda Softworks, Todd Howard, stated that the developer is currently working on new “long-term projects”, which is associated with important titles that require a long development time.

Howard commented that I would not provide details about the content or theme of these games, but stated that each of these three titles are “different” from everything the studio has done in previous opportunities; although they are definitely “Bethesda-style, very big and crazy” games like the Fallout and The Elder Scrolls series have been, but “different.”

Currently there more than 100 people working on the Fallout 4 team and, once the extra content and Creation Kit are released, Howard assures that it is very likely that discuss more about these games since his attention is focused on Fallout 4.

During the chat sessionHoward also noted that the team likes to keep these projects as close as possible despite the “keep them hidden and not talk about it” feeling of Bethesda policies; although he adds that for Fallout 4, the no-talking-about-it rule was carried out “really well.”
