During the month of December, we inform you about how the former content director at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, Shahid Kamal Ahmad, left the company to dedicate himself to developing his own indie games after becoming a PlayStation Partner.
More recently, Ahmad joined the board of advisors from Double Eleven, the developer of well-known titles such as Pixeljunk, Goat Simulator, Prison Architect and many others; It was a pleasure for the company to have someone with Ahmad’s experience among his advisors.
On this occasion it seems that we have the first details about his next project, which as we were expecting, will come to PS4. The creative has obtained the platform development kit, which means that he is working on it. About his first project, it will apparently be a remaster of Chimera brought to PS4 “by the kid who made the original game in 1985.”
You can check it in their tweets below:
I’m going to crack open a fresh install of Unity tomorrow and see if I can get Chimera running. Maybe get a simple remaster out for £2 😉

A 1985 game, brought back to life with minor updates, a dev commentary and a surprise or two, for the PS4, by the kid who made the original.
