The producer of Street Fighter IV and V and also the crossover Street Fighter X Tekken, Yoshinori Ono has between eyebrow and eyebrow recover a fighting saga which I’m sure many of you will know but which after the last game is in the doldrums: Darkstalkers.
The Japanese assured on his Twitter account that he is “fighting hard” to recover an anime-aesthetic fighting saga that was born back in 1994 in which monsters, vampires, werewolves and zombies were having fun. The last appearance of the saga, Darkstalkers Resurrection, was launched in 2013 for Xbox Live and PS Network, compiling several previous installments, but it did not achieve great results and Capcom decided to remove it from its priorities.
The fact that it enjoyed little popularity outside of Japan does not help the studio to invest, but good old Yoshinori is sure to fight to make the return a reality, and he knows a lot about fighting.
