‘The Division’ ‘Raid’ update appears to be deleting characters

Today, Ubisoft’s popular RPG and shooter hybrid, Tom Clancy’s The Division, is updated to version 1.1 with the first big update called “Raid”, which adds a ton of gameplay and additional content.

While these raids will have a highest difficulty level and require the player to have completed the game to access them, this is just one factor aimed at the low replayability that was so criticized during the game’s launch. Unfortunately, once the patch is released Some players seem to be having trouble finding their characters when accessing The Division, which should not be funny. The complaints have been made through Reddit and through the official Ubisoft support forum.

Ubisoft has announced through the game’s official Twitter account that they are aware of the problem and they are already investigating it to reach a solution, as you can see below:

We are aware that some players may have seen their characters gone missing since Update 1.1. The issue is being investigated.
