‘DOOM’ Open Beta Begins April 15

Developer Bethesda Softworks has announced a multiplayer open beta of Doom for PlayStation 4 and other current generation platforms, which will be available starting April 15 and will last 3 days, until April 18.

During this testing phase Players will be able to access the “Team Duel” and “Warpath” game modes on the “Heatwave” and “Infernal” maps. Said content will include “a number of new maps, some hack modules, playable demons, weapons and much more“. Each additional content will cost $14.99 in North America and €14.99 in Europe, although it will be free for those who have the $39.99 / €39.99 Season Pass.

This is all the content that will include the first DLC DOOM multiplayer:

  • Three new maps.
  • A new weapon.
  • A new playable demon.
  • A new set of weapons.
  • A new piece of equipment.
  • New hack modules.
  • New colors and customization patterns.
