Race Pilot is not for low-flying people

Race Pilot is based on a nice idea – like the Reno Air Race, you steer your plane around several pylons that are set up in a desert landscape. Unfortunately, the game is very difficult to control.

Judging from the first impression, Race Pilot could be a well-rounded affair. Unfortunately, the extremely weak graphics are noticeable right from the start screen – they are reminiscent of ancient Windows games such as Stunts or the first Microsoft Flight Simulators. But that’s not all – the game, in which you have to fly through a course of pylons, is difficult to control using the smartphone’s tilt – no trace of plug & play. If you don’t set the criteria quite as high, this can perhaps be excused. Nevertheless, there is little fun in the game because the sub-functions are also poor. That’s why we only give it 1.5 out of 5 points.
